IMichelin is a large digital communicator, which offers the possibility of capturing a significant number of qualified leads. At the same time, it is increasingly popular to be able to book your appointment at a garage online.

CHALLENGES

Michelin wants to capitalise on their digital communications to transform traffic into leads directed towards partners who are responsible for the sale and the installation on their vehicles.

NEEDS

Without an e-commerce platform, Michelin wanted to enhance their corporate and community communications to allow their customers to go online to find distributors and/or physical points of sale that carry their products.
